The one idea

There's plenty written about condo management. Most of it is written for the people who sell software to condo managers, not for the managers themselves. The Hub is the other thing: a free toolbox of the checklists, calendars, benchmarks and plain-English guides that the job actually needs.

No vendor pitch. No jargon you have to decode. Just the tools we wish someone had handed us on day one.

The framework

Every week, one email with three things:

• A useful tool or update — a new toolkit, a filing reminder, a template worth saving.
• A plain-English explainer — one thing about the work made clearer, tuned to your province.
• What's moving in the industry — the regulation, market and technology news that actually affects your week.

That's it. Short, practical, and built to make Monday easier.

What we're seeing
